Chief Operating Officer
Stefanos provides client relationship, operational management and business development for all areas of the business, including management of the technology team that delivers major global tournaments. Having worked in ticketing since 2001 Stefanos has numerous career highlights including Director of ticketing for Athens 2004 Olympic & Paralympic Games and founded Tickethour a company that was acquired by Ticketmaster in 2016.
Business Development Manager
Dimitrios is responsible for the expansion of Ticketmaster Hellas products and technology within Greece, as well as across International markets and the tournaments industry. He has worked with many leading International sports bodies and organisations including Belgian Proleague, Baku 2015 1st European Games, 2015 World Cup Handball, AFC U23, AC Millan vs Juventus and FC Barcelona – Al Ahli.
I have been working in the ticketing and event industry for over 14 years. I consider myself very fortunate as I have been working as a ticketing coordinator in football clubs, concerts and multiple – high demanding – events. In addition, within these years, I was given the opportunity to work also as a venue and production manager.
My mission is to ensure the delivery of a high-end customer service experience to a diverse high-profile local and international B2B customer base for sports events and theatrical shows across the globe. I support as a Box Office Manager the Onassis Cultural Centre and previously I worked as Box Office Supervisor at the Hellenic Festival SA. One of my many job highlights is that I have the opportunity to attend entertainment events. I enjoy concerts, sports events and spending time with friends.
As a software engineer I have over 13 years of experience and have worked for a diverse range of businesses including image analysis, insurance, and ticketing systems. I’ve been a software engineer on ticketing systems for a variety of projects including tournaments, football clubs, basketball clubs, music events and cultural centers. I joined Ticketmaster on 2016 and since then I’ve had the pleasure of joining the international family of Ticketmaster and participating in some challenging projects around the globe. In my free time I enjoy a good movie, I like to travel and to play tennis.
I am a tech-savvy technology enthusiast with over 12 years’ experience in large-scale demanding projects. My role is to oversee the software engineering team in developing, releasing, and maintaining software applications and cloud infrastructure according to business needs. Establish policies and procedures that produce high-quality software product and service. Create functional strategies and specific objectives for the software team and develop budgets, policies, procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
I have joined Ticketmaster Hellas in 2017 as a Financial Controller.
As a PMO I have 9 years of experience in industry sectors of Technology, Digital Consulting and Retail, with a passion and methodical capability in the fields of Program Management, Lean Six Sigma and Agile Methodologies. I have joined the company in 2018 where I have been given the opportunity to work on some truly exciting international projects for tournaments and lead the project delivery mechanism for transformation through strategy, technology, process engineering and change management. I love festivals, a good theater and an exciting game!
Marketing & Sales Support Executive
Loriana is responsible for the B2C & B2B marketing strategy of Ticketmaster Hellas. Her role is to help the clients get the most out of their partnership with Ticketmaster. She loves live entertainment and participating in events with social impact.
