{"id":1235,"date":"2022-04-21T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-21T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/business.ticketmaster.gr\/en\/?p=1235"},"modified":"2026-02-20T12:40:11","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T12:40:11","slug":"case-study-amir-cup-finals-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/business.ticketmaster.gr\/en\/case-study-amir-cup-finals-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Case Study: Amir Cup Finals 2022 \u2013 50th Edition"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-padding-alt has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>On March 18<sup>th<\/sup>, 2022, were the Finals of the 50<sup>th<\/sup> Edition of the Amir Cup in Qatar and Ticketmaster was selected by QFA to ticket the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Qatar Football Association, after <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticketmastersport.com\/news\/ticketmaster-sport-extends-long-term-partnership-with-qatar-football-association\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extending its long-term partnership with Ticketmaster,<\/a> had to organize the Amir Cup finals in the Khalifa International Stadium for its 50<sup>th<\/sup> Edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Khalifa International Stadium, which will host FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022\u2122 soon, is one of the most famous sporting venues in the region, having witnessed some unforgettable moments and tournaments such as the 2011 AFC Asian Cup and FIFA Club World Cup 2020, which we are proud to say that we supported with our state of the art technology, as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Government restrictions, due to COVID-19, didn\u2019t allow to have Khalifa International Stadium at full capacity but instead, only 75% of the stadium could be filled with fans for the Amir Cup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ticketmaster\u2019s approach proved to be the solution in complying with the local authorities\u2019 guidelines for safety.
